When it was time to secure financing, Joe made our home-buying experience just as personable and smooth. He was very communicative and knowledgeable when answering our questions while being flexible with call times due to our little one. We appreciated his openness about our options and his great advice on when to lock in interest rates. Joe's business ethics and ability to make the experience personal really stood out. Hiring Joe was like teaming up with a friend rather than a lender. He is very personable as mortgage lenders go and eager to help you out. My wife felt great after the praise he gave her for how quickly she got the information he needed together. There's just a feel-good factor you get working with this guy. He really lifted her spirits. His knowledge of the mortgage space is second to none. He knew exactly what questions to ask, and there was very little turnaround time. To top it off, we even got a lower interest rate than we initially thought, thanks to him. Joe is a lender who just knows the business inside and out. We met Joe through our Realtor, Shannon Quan, whom I trust fully! I knew she wouldn't steer me wrong, and sure enough, Joe quickly earned my trust as well. He knew how to talk to me as a military guy, making the process feel like I was working with a buddy rather than just a mortgage broker. Joe was always super responsive - I swear the guy is a workhorse, as he practically handled all the work himself. He guided me through everything, and I only had to provide a couple of pieces of paperwork. He knew exactly what he was doing and can navigate VA loans like a pro! I already have plans to contact Joe again when we refinance because he was able to get us closed on a 30-fixed in around 3 weeks! Best lender to know if you're looking for a mortgage broker in Seattle and surrounding area!
